I recently had the tension spring break on my door. Really wasn’t difficult to repair, just pay attention while putting tension into the spring.

Another place to look is between the door panels themselves. Especially after a wet/dry period or painting, they can stick to each other making a peeling sound. I use a little silicone spray on a cloth between them. Just watch out you don’t get your fingers pinched!

My issue was the door panels being too loose and kind of rattling around as the door was moving. I just cut some strips off a cardboard box and use them as wedges to pin the panels in place. Made a decent, not huge but decent, difference in noise level during operation. Also added rubber washers to the opener housing screws to cut down on box rattle.

what if my garage door closes at the bottom after replacing the seal, but the top is slightly kinked and open about 80 degrees angle. its a liftmaster

First off your teaching people to turn the dials up. That doesn't control speed. Second those buttons do also control the force you just don't know how to use them. The reason they got rid of the dials is cause of people like you. Home owners would crank those dials up and cause the safety reverse to fail and people would get injured. So the manufacturers made the force settings automatic so this would stop. If your going to teach homeowners to crank up those dials you need to teach them to check the safety reverse. The turn brackets are called hinges. The bottom of your rail needs low temp grease. That's the track thing you called it. It's called a rail. Your springs are spread to far and popping cause your not greasing them. They rub against eachother.

This is bad advice and the wrong lubricant. Do not get lubricant on the inside of the tracks. Do not use this lubricant on the chain of the motor! There is a specific chain lubricant that’s recommended. Unless you like the silicone dripping on your car. Call a company that installs and maintain garage doors. Read your manual. This garage door is slow because the opener isn’t strong enough for this type of door.

Seems like there is always something I can work on. I used to say "We're going to go ahead and... " and I have largely eliminated that from my videos. I never noticed the "Now" starters but that'll be on my list now as well.
