It's pretty funny in a way the guy who played in Morton Joe play a motorcycle leader in the first Mad Max movie that actor's name is Hugh Keys Burns and also to in the three Mad Max movies there's always a Mack truck in the first one and in the second one and last but not least in Thunderdome that there was a Mack truck that ran on railroad tracks.

Air cooled, in-line fours (japanese origin) still to this day ( of fuel injected, electronic black magic, rider aids etc etc) sound the best, bring back flat slide carburettors.

Lol Car vs bikes…. Car wins playing chicken every time!!! Classic movie! Always loved the sound of the bikes etc! Kawasaki Honda & Yamahas we’re in this movie! When the whole gang comes to town & backs their bikes in to park….. you will see those 3 types of bikes!? Boy do they sound good! Especially with their pipes altered or retrofitted 👍🏽👌🙌🏽🤟🏼

Anyone else notice the rider in the redish helmet on the bridge? Smashed the back of his head on the curb THEN took a whole ass KZ1000 to the back of his head.... Don't imagine those were the greatest helmets either, in 1979.

The motorcycle action scenes in Sons of anarchy were absolutely embarrassing to watch. Pointlessly weaving all over the road at low speed does not a chase scene make. Cringeworthy.

Without blower, you could have bought one of those xb coupe gt in the 70s, some phase 4 parts maybe. mean machine. Max,s has a custom front. An xb coupe also appears in Two hands movie. Crazy car.

No CGI in the seventies I'm afraid. These are real stunts and thats what the first two max movies were known for. I heard there was some serious injuries...not sure about death.

Doughstar star , The Goose got burned and Cundalini loss a hand , Johnny the boy never got out of those handcuffs in time , Toecutter ran into that semi head on , and the NightRider they never left very much of him , George Miller lost his blue van , the Main Force patrol took it out , better send the meat wagon , Charley caught in the throat

A stuntman did die in Mad Max & it could have been the bloke who got hit in the head by a motorcycle, because its featured in the film .😥

2:22 is the scene in question. Good news is the motorcyclist, Dale Bensch, survived. He was meant to reach a certain speed then purposely slide the bike out, but he held on for too long, which is what likely caused the horrific hit. But he's played it to fame and a quick Google search will show the elderly stuntman standing next to a banner depicting the crash.
