Garbha Pindasana is the seed in the womb pose, and Kukkutasana is the rooster pose. Both appear in the Primary Series of the Ashtanga Vinyasa system. Garbha Pindasana is perhaps the most compact posture in the Primary Series, and Kukkutasana is a challenging arm balance. For deeper and more detailed instruction, please visit my platform:

It all depends. Every body is different. But I've been practicing yoga for about 20 years.
