I had no NCT or insurance disks for about a week. NCT was booked and Insurance disks were in the mail, I was covered just had no disks. I got to 4 checkpoints in one week, but was respectful to the Gardaí and explained my situation so I never had any problem, they were all really nice guys. If you act like a little skanger this is exactly what will happen to you😂😂😂

dominikcity don't presume you little import, I have contributed to this country my whole life, the garda was profiling him because he was drive a car that looked out of the sorts for a fela like him. He was obviously done for the paperwork charges, and driving off. But I hope the poor girl is alright. She had nothing at all to do with any of it. I shouldn't even have to say that!! That Garda's actions were CRIMINAL in smashing the window knowing there were other occupants in the car who would, of course, be looking straight at the window.

@@Sionnach1601 well in all fairness , the driver is responsible for starting that, he was rude to the gaurd and he try to sway the light from the gaurd when there's no proof it was in his eyes and he took off speeding and when he takes off it's a pursuit then and gaurds have right to smash the window to stop the driver, the girl was in a bad place at bad time cos of her idiot bf

Well he did try move the light away from the gaurd, so that's his fault, he avoided the gaurd more , and drove off the gaurd has a right to break the window to stop the driver, but the driver would be responsible for any injuries to other ppl

Most people here haven't a clue. The usual trigger-happy comments, many of which are highly prejudiced because of the driver's accent. Well done lads. Be proud of yereselves for that. They can rightly blame the driver for being irresponsible, but that girl and any other occupants in the car had nothing at all to do with the incident. We expect the Guards to be professional - at all times, and most of the time they are, to be fair; but endangering the health and safety of innocent parties is RECKLESS. How would that Garda feel now if he had permanently damaged her vision??? He should be personally sued for that.

@@Sionnach1601 well the gaurd didn't mean for the girls window to be smashed , if a car takes off from a checkpoint it's automatically a pursuit and they have the right to use baton to try stop driver but he took off at speed and unlucky the back window got it instead of the drivers, and the driver had no care for his gf or the other Passenger, didn't even ask if she was ok but were going back to my gaff
