I actually bought the eley spray nozzle based on your endorsement and it’s been really awesome. I just have it on one of those really cheap super flexible black hoses that’s probably too small of an ID to make it shine - but I love it. I’ll be ordering two of their hose reels and probably include their hoses with them to really see what’s up! I was already eyeing those up for around my house but I was unaware they sold other stuff. For what it’s worth, after a couple weeks of testing, threading and unthreading the pressure washer nozzle and the.. other one, isn’t really all that bad. Whatever type of threads/gasket situation they have going on just doesn’t leak. Makes the process a lot faster. I’d still like to grab another handle to not have to swap it as often.

So here's what I wonder. Most foam cannons require you to go from a 1.2 orifice to a 1.1 orifice if you are using a low flow rate electric pressure washer. I wonder if they make orifices that are less than 1.1 that might help in this application. Also I wonder if you were to use a really small orifice pressure washer nozzle if that would help when using the eley handle.

Ok… so first off- thank you for exploring this exact subject. I was thinking something similar, but you went a different way with it. Ok: what if you used the Eley handle with the ‘garden hose foam bottle’. I have a garden hose foam cannon from harbor freight. The handle/sprayer can be easily unscrewed from the quick disconnect piece, which means any handle that is threaded at the output should work, instead. And eley handles are threaded…. Could you check to see if that would work?

Those Eley hose heads look absolutely amazing but aren’t available in the uk. Have you got anything else that you would use if you couldn’t use the eley?

Never have understood the need for foam cannons, blasters, squirters whatever. Just wash the vehicle. Foaming only adds time to a detail. Time is money.
