2 Salmon Fillets
Half a stick of butter
4 Tablespoons of Honey
2-3 Cloves of chopped garlic
Juice of Half a Lemon
lemon wedges
Half a Teaspoon of Salt
Half a Teaspoon of Pepper
Half a Teaspoon of Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning

Yo man I tried your recipe tonight and I must say, I was about to drive an hour just to slap my mama. The. I thought better of it and thought about slapping somebody else’s mama. Tip: Warm your bowl for the honey by turning it upside down under hot water. Turn it back over, place honey in the bowl. The honey will side out better when you add it to the pan.

I made this tonight and couldn't even believe how amazing it tasted, the flavour balance between the spice mix and lemon and the garlic roasted in the butter OMFG!! Best sticky sauce I've ever had from a YT recipe!! Served it with basmati rice and scallions and ended up mixing the leftover glaze into the leftover rice for a great side dish tomorrow. We have salmon a lot of different ways and this is now my favourite. Gonna try the same recipe with chicken thighs next. Thanks man!!

just made this and O. M. G. it's DELICIOUS!!!!! i used agave since i have a honey allergy but it was still AMAZING. i paired it with some roasted gold potatoes and sesame broccoli (a korean side dish) for my me and my dad and he can't get enough! if you're in the comments and you're thinking about trying this recipe, TRY IT. it'll blow your mind

@@WhipItUpWithJay Hey Jay when you said to put it in the oven to broil, you never mentioned at what temperature to set it for, nor did you mention how long to broil it for. Because i want to cook this to make sure it comes out right. Looks good though, keep up the good work.

@Darryl D my oven has a high and low setting for broil, I set mines at high for less than a minute. Broil is optional it just adds some nice color

Oh My Goodness! I just made this, following your directions exactly. The is the most delicious salmon recipe I've ever tried. And that's saying a lot because I am extremely picky when it comes to salmon. I'm 58 yrs old and I have NEVER had a recipe this delicious. My husband and I just had this for dinner for the first time. He begged me to make it every week. Now I can get my healthy fish oils in my diet without gaging on the fish! Yay!! Jay, thanks a ton!!

Delicious recipe. Careful with the heat when you add honey though, because it can burn. Personally I didn't even have to broil, the salmon got pretty blackened in the pan because I had the temperature slightly on the higher side.
