2 lbs chicken drums
1 packet sazon
1 head roasted garlic
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup parsley
garlic & herb seasoning
chicken bouillon powder
1 stick melted butter
1 cup corn starch
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 quart buttermilk
AP and Lemon Bae seasoning (use whatever seasoning you like)
oil for frying

I got the flour, seasoning and thermometer last week. Chicken came out really good and that flour was really seasoned just right and delicious. I'm going to try the regular seasoning on a pot roast soon. Fast shipping and delivery too.

I love how you season your food when you use liquid hot sauce it also imparts a flavoring which can be good but I wan you to try Korean pepper flakes which gives more heat then flavor which made your recipe even better my list of your recipes I've tried is to long to list 😅😊
