■ Materials (for 2 people)
・ Marlin tuna: 2 slices (160g)
・ A. Sake: 4 teaspoons ・ a. Mirin: 4 teaspoons ・ a. Sugar: 1 teaspoon ・ a. Soy sauce: 4 teaspoons ・ a. : 1 teaspoon
Toppings and baby leaf: 20g
・ Lemon: 30g
■ Preparation ・ Wipe off the water from the swordfish.
■ How to make
1. Mix (a) in the vat.
2. Add swordfish and entangle both sides to make the wrap stick. After 30 minutes, turn it over and soak the other side for a total of 1 hour.
3. Drain the water and sprinkle potato starch on both sides.
