Can the device be converted into regular software (overland/street) after the race?

-File Transfer: This video makes it seem like the only way to get files in our out is the SD Card or Computer link. I thought these devices could link wirelessly to your phone via the Garmin Tread App.?.? - Distance to waypoint readout: Garmin did it right. I just hope the size of the column can be adjusted to take up less of the screen. Screen real estate is limited on a 10" screen. I wonder if the user can edit the readout to change to FEET when you are under 1 mile.

on the icons is there a favorites bar like on your phone with emojis, where it will populate from your most used icons? when saving a icon does it default to the last used folder? thinking about those of us who prerun at a higher pace due to time restraints.

Minute 9:43 of this video shows "Recent Icons Used". But it's in the edit waypoint menu or activity. Your question of LAST USED or quick tap of the waypoint button is also my question. If it defaults to a FLAG every time and you have to edit, that would be bad. Lowrance would have it beat for ease. After using the Lowrance remote for dropping waypoints, I can say that it's great! I hope this ability is added to the Tread.

Icons need to be similar to the other brands (Leadnav) and (Lowrance). Give us the ability to create our own icons. Batch Editing Icons. I'm curious how easy it is to change All the Course Dangers to a "skull and crossbones" in 1 action. Collections: in the old days if you downloaded the Baja 1000 course for multiple years, for example, Basecamp would add a digit to mile 1 for example. 1 became 10. I hope they are able to sandbox each collection to avoid corrupting the files.

how does it work if you have multiple lines on one file, can they all be different colors?

Think of it as layers or collection layers that you display. Garmin has always maintained the color that you set. As you import the race file, it gives you a chance to change colors. If you have another collection already downloaded, such as the chase or highway access lines, they should be able to be in different colors. You would display both layers or collections.

Great question! The Tread is more designed for off-road applications, but the dezl OTR series has truck specific features to optimize your over-the-road trucking.
