I respect it. Most rich kids prefer to flaunt their parents wealth and know nothing of hard work due to their upbringing. As Christian Williams says on his channel, it's cheaper to just buy a large umbrella for a patio and put that over your cockpit as it will will just fine in most weather and you can take it down and heave to when it's not. Best to spend some effort modifying your entrance to be more water resistant

@@directedby100 Not a bad plan. My wife and I quit our carriers in our late forties. We had a paid for well equipped boat and said ‘ we will worry about tomorrow tomorrow. Never looked back at the money we left behind both quitting at the beginning of the height of our carriers. My ex business partner (and still good friend), is still in the same business, and still working 60+ hr weeks. His job is his life. I’m sure he is now worth a good bit of money ( maybe a couple million). . I have enough to not be hurting nor in debt. I would’t trade places with him for anything. I have a lifetime of incredible experiences and memories. And I’m still making them. Go for it!
