Gatmore Falls (Sri Pada Falls)
Gatmore Falls is located on the Gatmore Estate in Maskeliya, Nuwara Eliya. It is also known as "Sri Pada Falls" or "Adam's Peak" as it is 25 meters high and is located close to Sri Pada. Gatmore Falls, located in the Gatmore Estate, falls into the Ussakelle Reservoir. It is fed by two streams that join above Gatmore Falls. Before each of these streams joins, a waterfall is created and located in the Gatmore Estate. Named Gatmore Falls above and Gatmore Falls below, these two waterfalls combine to form Gatmore Falls.
The other specialty here is that it is the only two waterfall that falls into a reservoir in Sri Lanka. There is another similar waterfall on the other side of the river called Murray Falls. It also falls into the Maussakelle Reservoir.

From Colombo you can reach Avissawella - Karawanella - Yatiyantota - Kitulgala - Ginigathhena - Norton - Laxapana - Maskeliya - Upcote - Gatmore Falls.
