Gary Keller (@garykeller) is the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Keller Williams (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count. In 2019, KW, which also ranks number one in units and sales volume in the US, was named by Fast Company as the “most innovative company” in real estate.
In 2015, Gary began driving KW’s evolution into a technology company, now focused on building the real estate platform that agents, buyers, and sellers prefer. He is competing with multi-billion-dollar, venture-backed companies using his own money. Gary is the bestselling author of The ONE Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results, The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, and SHIFT: How Top Real Estate Agents Tackle Tough Times.
You can find Gary’s podcast, Think Like a CEO, on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you typically get your podcasts.

Man this book honestly changed my life. Before I was always beating myself over not perfecting everyday. The truth is, whenever I had a huge to do list nothing ever got done. Once I started focusing on the one thing and blocking out my time, staying consistent in each area of my life, I made more progress and I’m much happier.

THis is the first time I've listened to your interviews. I'm somewhat disappointed because I'm 45min to your interview with Gary and you still haven't discussed about the topic "the one thing". I'm comparing this with the interviews of Jay Papasan from other interviewers on youtube and they immediately talk about the topic and don't digress.

A year ago, I might have said the same, but I think that's the wrong takeaway. In the same breath, he said I met the love of my life and she's the best thing that ever happened to me. I don't think it's worthwhile to hold back from love because of the risk of getting hurt.

Awful podcast, he spends 20 minutes "introducing" the show, then the rest of the show giving the story of Keller's life. The subject in the title is not talked about at all. At least the book gets right to the point, this show does not at all.
