i think alot of the "ewaste" problems we are having has to do with tech companies not willing to support older hardware with new software updates (obviously physical and hardware limitations apply) and designs that are repair-friendly ( or open-source schematics etc.) Also whatever time/money you would invest in "finance bros" like gary vee should just be spent at your local community college. you'd actually learn more about business and finances than what "competition" means to a dude walking around in a purple twitch hoodie Edit: tying this back to the video. Some old tech still works well I think that’s PART (not the only) reason why the VX still is successful in the skate industry. You turn it on and there’s no updates or drivers or anything just straight mechanical analog tech that won’t inevitably become a doorstop/paperweight. Same thing with music production is why engineers/producers like analog gear (besides the aesthetic) is that it will work independently until it breaks down (every time you use something there’s wear..)
