In the 9th episode of Cities: Skylines Rochester we are continuing to build the Eastern side of Downtown and the Upper Falls neighborhood, including the Genesee Brew House and packaging facilities, Andrews Terrace, the housing developments in the Upper Falls neighborhood, plus much more! My goal for these projects plan is to finish the cities in their present form so that I can use them as a basis to improve traffic, improve walk-ability, increase transit options and opportunities, and apply modern urbanism city planning techniques.
