I imagine his opponent got sick of getting cheated out of games by someone who doesn't play by the rules, as long as it suits him. I've watched every Gaslands video on this Channel, and Ash has not gotten remotely close to playing by the rules once, and has a nasty habit of "forgetting" rules when it would be to his detriment, or his opponent's benefit. And he always plays with inexperienced players so they don't know any better. It's pretty garbage content.

I'd love to see Gaslands make a comeback! There's still so much to explore, things like Zombie Bash or Tank Commander, Blaster content and just more races in general.

Nice! Thanks again. FYI: Flip check: If lower than current gear: suffer 2 hits and forced move medium straight forward. You rolled a 5 in 5th gear you wouldn't have flipped. Also, you shoot before wipeout. Also, when you both Evade you each take 1 hazard. Great Video !!! Loved it. When we played this, We always ruled that each player got to play one extra terrain to block straight shots off the board.

Hey, just a note that I really LOVE your videos and content... just amazing job! If I could suggest though, perhaps consider purchasing even a cheap gimble/steadycam setup? The frequent shots where the camera is kind of rapidly moving around the board are a little rough to watch sometimes. Then maybe have whoever is filming, I dunno, take a few hits off a bong or something so he's not as active as they are now :D Seriously though, small nitpick, I really do love what you're doing here.

Thanx again for another great episode Ash, even if you did the scenario wrong. Still looked good and fun to me, until I started reading some of the comments. Looking forward to seeing the next episode in the Gaslands series. No offense Ash, but I'm rooting for team Slime, it's my favorite Sponsor thus far, it surprised me when you decided to try another Sponsor out? Great video :D You played the scenario a bit wrong. You don't move the spawns points. You "only" have 6 gear phases to exit the table after the first one exits (The phase the car left +5) if you don't make it your car is disqualified. Some minor mistakes when it comes to hazards but as long as you have fun it doesn't really matter :D

Thanx for pointing that out, I completely missed that, and for explaining the correct way to play that skirmish scenario. I wouldn't mind seeing a proper 'Special Delivery' episode, perhaps a little bit later in the series?

With all due respect to your production, which is great and despite your minor tweaks to the scenario, which are pretty decent in some cases, this play really highlighted some design flaws with this mission. Looked like on the second board there wasn’t any combat and you both just drove in straight lines? We tried to run this mission with 4 players and we had one car make it off the first board. Most were destroyed by the halfway point on that first mat. I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on how this play felt. Thanks and please keep up the great videos!

I thought when team Slime’s car passed over the 4th gate, they won the race, as alive or dead is not determined before the car passing determined the winner. Did I miss something, or has the rule changed?

Hello! I'm new to Gaslands and had a question. You guys are using slides and rotating your cars instead of ending perpendicular. Is this accurate? I though you always ended 90 degrees perpendicular to the straight. Thanks! Awesome video.

They are using slides in combination with spins, so they slide first and then spin up to 90 degrees again :)

Hey Ash, whats in the terrariums? Seems you may have some minis that move on their own. I for one think people would love to see what you have behind those curtains. Also i love Gaslands, this is such a cool system i wish more people posted about cartoon and Mario cart type builds just because it could support that type of play.

I know it's a request on a old video, but i try anyway where did you guys got those shippign containers? I'm looking for something similar for a decent price but everything i find is like 10 euro each, kinda 3 times more expensive that what i had in mind

They aren't very hard to make yourself using corrugated cardboard. Or just Google 'free HO scale printable Shipping Containers pdf' and you should get a pretty good selection? Just remember to glue them to some cardstock or cardboard or foamboard to make them more durable and sturdy. 😉

There are plenty of videos on how to customize, convert, remove decals and paint, then repaint and weathering it. Look for Gaslands Garage and then watch some of the others that are recommended. 😉 Ash, I'm actually interested in knowing how your buddy magnetized his vehicles, so he can have interchangeable hardware??? I was going to try those itty-bitty magnets for my vehicles, but might try another idea first?

I hesitate to mention, but ... @6:45 , by strict following of the turn sequence, you cannot cancel the hazard you gain from shifting with shift dice (or the free "shift dice" you gain from a template). The hazard you Gain from a shift is at 1.5 in the move step, and at no point after that can you remove hazards. This was clarified by the author as intentional on the Facebook group.

I think you are mixing some tings together. When you shift up you gain the hazard immediately and can remove it with additional shifts (everything happens in 1.4). However SPIN, SLIDE and HAZARD results give their hazard in 1.5 and thus you can't remove the hazard from one of these results and gain the effect.
