Another Pink Slips challenge for the Gaslands Facebook Group, this time a $10 budget to custom mod a war rig and matching piece of terrain. I went with the Warden to sponsor this conversion, only spending $8.50 of that $10 budget.

That is a wonderful quick build; so creative I particularly love your scratch made mini gun. This will help me NO END when I get to start on my own gaslands stuff :) Cheers buddy

Yeah, I hadn't thought of that, I just focused on the "coffin cars" theme from the game. It certainly fits though.

heh splatter screen, yup I'm stealing that lol been using the business card holders which is good, but a little big more like chain link fence at that scale. This came out great man!

Well, I sit here with a filament 3d printer to my left, upstairs my son has his anycubic photon, so I'm not allergic to 3D printing - but I scratch my chin when I see ppl printing parts for scratch builds, esp gaslands and your video made this abundantly clear. Its NOT cheating, but it can be LAZY to rush to the 3D solution. I loved the mulched wood/flock solution, fantastic proof of concept 'Low-budget' Scratch Build.

Thank you. There's no wrong way to craft. I really enjoy the challenge of "make something amazing using almost nothing.". I really wanted to print the main gun, it looks a little goofy.....but it's Gaslands, so game on! Thanks for watching!

How did you use hot glue? I tried using it but it gets flimsy

It's not the best, I did lose a few of the spikes and I have to be careful with it. A few clear coats helped quite a bit. I should have used super glue.

Nice build exept for the rediculous big gun and totaly wrong gun mount. There is no gun that was mounted on its post directly on the gun barrels! Please look at "Pintle Mount" like for the .50 cal Browning Machine Gun and others. This should be relativly easy to create. The post is way to high and the gun is mising any kind of ammunition supply... Remove the overdimensioned guntower, replace it with a single ringmounted heavy machine gun and the truck will be o.K.

Guess if you lose they get your rig. If not it's not a true pink slip challenge. Change the name of this challenge to something else. Fake news!

Haha, those are the stakes we all agree to going in. The original rules state the top three are safe and get their picks from the others. Since there were only 3 entries this month the rules may be altered, so it's still on the table.
