Yes. They need to bring in fresh eyes from outside of the franchise. No ex players or ex coaches. A Gm who has no ties to BB. If Bill cannot agree with this it will be time for a change.

Belichick wins multiple Super Bowls with the Cowboys, then Mr. Kraft's buddy, Jerry Jones adds Belicheck to the Dallas Cowboys Ring of Honor. Bill was not about to win more Super Bowls with New England anyway. Bill trades in his hoodie for a black Stetson.

At the end of the day, good or bad, the team can't function with disfunction. It's been a five year downward trajectory. I don't blame Mac or O'B although Mac didn't do himself any favors. BB would've already moved on from BB. It would've happened eventually anyway

That's what I've been saying! He's still a great coach but his GM skills are questionable. Just let Kraft add the pressure, replace Bill with a more "hungry and ready" GM and move on. Everybody has had bad seasons, and this should be a footnote of a new era of the Pats. Not by sucking or choking, but by continuing the legacy while not being complacent by name reputation alone.

Why can't you guys talk about the real issue. Bill's way doesn't work any more yes, but the Krafts being 5th in ticket prices and 31st in spending isn't going to field a good enough team.

Why he should be allowed to ride it out. If he breaks the win record with another franchise it's another stain on us. Tom won in Tampa no way in hell Bill should be allowed to leave if it's understood that with better talent he would coach a team to a super bowl.

Has two bad seasons in 23 years and he is supposed to get fired? Actual idiots in Boston media. His last bad season was his first year. Talk about draft picks, okay found the GOAT in round 7 and had the brains to start him over bledsoe. Took gronk after a terrible visit. Found tons of great players late in the draft. But oh his first round picks suck. Yeah that'll happen when your a top team in the league for 20 years. After the first 3 picks(which is also where every bust lives) the draft is a crapshoot. I support Belichick to do whatever he wants.

Yes. He's also 72 and I think the game has passed him by. For the first 20+ years he had brady....since Brady left...it's been a disaster. I believe that IF he were to stay as HC for next year then they would suck next year too. Its over. Time to move on. 4-12 teams fire their HC. Is belichick immune from that? So what, you're just gonna got 6-11 every year until belichick decides to retire? I'm not OK with that idea. Team desperately needs a new vision and new leadership. End of discussion
