This is the whole problem....Bill refuses to modernize and to allow for new voices and perspectives....this is part of the reason why he needs to be fired st 4pm on Sunday. I think his coaching has also slipped....but his strategies and refusal to work with other people is unacceptable. You can NOT try to bring in a new GM to work over Bill. It WON'T work. This year is a good example of why.

Belichick was hired to that same old system. And that's just about how most teams in the NFL is run and for good reasons. Belichick did not have full power to begin with, he got that over period of time and after he was very successful. Now that it's quite obvious that it's no longer working then we need to change back.

I actually love Lois Riddick. I hadn't even thought of him as a candidate but I actually love that idea. I could get behind riddick/mayo/Obrien as GM/HC/OC...they'd have to find a DC...but I would be down with that Riddick is a really good football mind and he is a GREAT communicator. Even if Riddick worked with belichick "30 years ago in Cleveland" for a couple seasons...I'm OK with that. Like...that was 30 years ago. I consider Riddick to not be a belichick guy.

Steve Belichick is often overlooked, but some team may want you to take a flyer on him, he’s done an excellent job calling the defensive and certainly has the genes!
