This video invites us to "call our friendly team today". Well, I called and `friendly' is not how I would describe them. I purchased and paid for an item online. Several days later, when the item had not yet arrived, I called, only to be told that the item had been delivered and signed-for by someone I don't know, possibly at a different address. My only option would be to contact Royal Mail and try to sort it out myself. Oh, and `no-one was available to talk to me because they were ALL on calls".For a company that would like us to believe are `customer friendly', they have a very strange way of showing it....!
