In this video I show plants and their seeds pods for gathering and that self-sow - focused mostly on plants for pressing or hanging to dry for arrangements.

Notes: There are many varieties and species for many plants and can only speak to the specific ones shown in this video. Experiment with the plants in your garden or purchase seeds from the garden supply stores or online.
Growing your own plants from seed can be educational, fun and more economical than purchasing plants from the store. And often, the only way to get a plant you would like to grow if you area doesn't offer them at your garden center.

Hi Leslie, even if someone doesn't have a garden, perhaps they have a patio and can grow a few thing in pots. Some can even grow inside near a sunny window. It all about enjoying nature and having fun. Thank you for the words of encouragement and for watching, Em

I collect seeds and put them in paper bags that I made like a sachet . I use news paper, brochures, brown paper to make the bag.. Plastic bag is not good for keeping seeds as they become mouldy , rioted. Plastic bag keeps moisture.

HI, appreciate the feedback. Agree that a paper bag would work better. I just have a lot of the plastic ones on hand and never close them up - keep air to them, and over the years have not had an issue:-) Good tip for using paper... Thanks for watching, Em
