What changed the game was Tau missing the penalty. That's where the problem started, that's what killed the game for us. We can't run away from that. He took it not realizing how important it was for South Africa

Hunt is a straight forward coach Honest guy I did not like him when he coached Chiefs and I felt he is trying to relegate us, but after listening to his comment in you first interview, I regretted blaming him for the position we were in. Clubs get away with signing an NDA and we are made to blame the coach. I got upset when chiefs let Matsheke go after Hunt promoted him, I genuinely felt he will replace Katsande - Now he relaxedly plays for Stellues and looks comfortable

Beautiful content. I like how you keep it raw. None of this sugarcoating nonsense. I’m liking the analytical side you share and general football opinions. Like the great Cebo Manyapelo would say football is a game of opinions. Great content.

Hello Peter. Thanks for brining Gavin Hunt.This man really loves 4 4 2 formation.He trust it and believes in it.I was surprised when he mentioned 3 5 2 that He suggested Bafana Bafana should play. I also agree with Gavin that Modiba and Mudua should be allowed to be wing backs just like at Sundowns .Then Sithole come collects from centre backs .Gavin also mentioned Percy when his playing on the right his not influential. His got to be false 9 or second striker in our team we will cause trouble.

Pirates season always starts on the second half of the season. We'll see how it goes next month. On Pitso color matters, European teams are very reluctant to give African coaches a chance. Gavin has a better chance of coaching in Europe than Pitso facts!
@thisisfootball.africa3880
@thisisfootball.africa3880 7 ай бұрын
You right on both accounts. Sadly on the second one. This world claims not to be prejudiced, but the facts speak for themselves. Pitso already has already done the imposiible by breaking into the Arab market. Proud of him.

Why Coach Gavin always complains that they dont have a budget but we all know Thapelo Maseko was sold for R20mill to Sundowns.Patrik Maswanganyi we dont know how much butbits in the rergins of millions.Theres also a 3rd player .They have sponsors and also they are owned by Multi choice.They should sign Billiat and compete for the league.

Coach Gavin always complaining about selling 3 players and not having money. How much did Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns pay for their respective players each? Big financial transfer injections - it’s their decision to not make use of those big revenues. Disingenuous to always be making excuses. Also, in the 20 years coach Gavin’s been a leader - I have not once heard him speak a single positive thing about South African football. Every episode is so negative, hardly ever hearing a positive perspective on this platform - even a club like Sundowns can never be spoken well without solely basing it on Dr. Motsepe’s money. I would like to hear a bit of positives in later episodes.

He just said positive things about Pitso's time at Downs. Plus he always raves about old school players. It's true now that there's not much positive about SA football. Gavin doesn't sugar coat it.
@manlikenolo
@manlikenolo 6 ай бұрын
@@KTone459 Talking positive about Pitso is not talking positive about South African football. Pitso is not South African football. Speaking positive does not require someone to sugar coat anything. Every generation believes their generation was better - that does not mean that one should be narrow minded and blinded to the fact that there are positives with every generation. It cannot be that whenever you open your mouth you’re speaking negatively about the very same football that you as a coach are influencing. Coach Gavin is probably the most influential coach in the PSL, whatever bad he speaks of he has contributed to it as probably the coach with the longest history in the PSL. Maybe some of us supporters do not understand the role a coach plays in the South African football community.
