I love how more people are acknowledging the 1985 series. Many people just watch the Netflix series and haven't even seen this. In my opinion, this version is better than the Netflix version. Rest in peace Jonathan. We love you.

Anne is the QUEEN of grudge holding. In the book this scene happens 3 years after the “Carrots” incident. And she continues to not talk to him/be his friend for another 2 years. That’s FIVE YEARS.

So many times Anne made me so mad!! Gill was always there for her and despite Anne's stubbornness and her grudges, he still chased after her because she was the one for him. It was so cute!!!! I really want someone like Gill ❤😭
