If you've never raced an elimination race, you don't know suffering. It's been a long time since I have raced, but remember suffering the most through elimination and point-a-lap races. The intensity never ends.

I love the format, have done it since it started and have been to all the London events - it's a truly fantastic series. Unmissable for me, it always seems as though the riders enjoy it too. As a road racing fan who travels to races, it also makes a change to be sitting indoors not having to wait so long waiting for the riders to pass :)
