In this video, we look at how our lifestyle contributes to the risk of developing non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, lung cancer and type 2 diabetes.

Hello, I've a question: What are chance of a person suffering from heart disease who smokes but also takes exercises?

Doing exercise doesn't negate the presence of dangerous chemicals such as carcinogens, it only decreases the build up of fatty deposits. Freesciencelessons guy said that exercising decreases risk which is true, but to answer your question in terms of the total effect. The chance of someone who both smokes and exercises is more likely to get CHD than someone who doesn't smoke
