Is there any good way of tracking who already paid you for the item and who already got paid from the pot?

It automatically tracks who owes you gold for items. Same for distributing gold. When you hit distribute it will auto fill the gold amount in as well

okay so lets say 5% host cut 5% Main Tank cut how would i adjust the values differently?

Manually take your pot amount minus it by the amount your taking out then hit distribute for the even cut to everyone in the raid
