Now that's a proper rifle review. Thank you. I had a chance to hold a T3 and like you said the first thing I noticed was how smooth the bolt action was. I like the light weight as well.

Great review of the gun. 270 is my favorite deer hunting caliber. And great taste in music as well. Parkway Drive as the intro was an added bonus to the video.

Going to use my dad's 30-06 t3 blued and wood, I like the look but would rather have stainless and polymer. Great review btw

Excellent review. The Tikka T3 is one of my favorite hunting rifles. There is absolutely no need to purchase anything aftermarket (other than rings). The Zeiss sits well on the rifle, how do you like the Terra? I have scopes from Redfield revolution to Nightforce NXS. How does the Terra rate vs any of your other scopes. Maybe you can review the scope. Thanks. Happy hunting!!

+Jim Hawksworth No problem, thanks for watching and commenting! The stock does feel slightly hollow, not like a resin molded, or wooden stock. However, it doesn't feel unsubstantial, and definitely is solid.

Does the eye piece screw all the way shut ? Flush with rest of the scope mine doesn't wondering if that's normal thanx in advance.

Kevin Robbin I am not too sure what you mean by flush.. But, it depends on where your shooting eye focuses best. If the eye piece is not flush, but you can still see clearly through the scope, and see your reticle and target clearly, then there is no need to worry.

130 grain seems a very heavy bullet, they are normally 55 grain

+Val Martin Hey there, 130 grain is standard for a .270, you can buy factory ammo as heavy as 150 grains. a 55 grain projectile is usually a .223 (5.56x45mm). Thanks for your comment

You're a idiot he is talking about bullet weight in which a 130gr bullet for a 270win is probably the most common weight
