Starring Talya Çelebi and Cenay Türksever, "Gelin" is the life story of two people from entirely different worlds: Hançer, who gives up her dreams for her loved ones on the one hand, and Cihan, who has fire in his eyes on the other.
Hançer, who gets her name from her sharp gaze, faces an offer that will turn her life upside down. Taking advantage of the fact that Hançer is poor and has a family that will not cause trouble, Mukadder offers her to marry her son and give birth to a son. Hançer, who dreams of finding the love of her life and having a happy marriage, first rejects this offer, but when she learns that her brother has a fatal illness, she is forced to accept the offer.

Beyza is like a chihuahua following Mukadder around. Mukadder is getting tired of her questions 😂. It’s a good thing Sinem saw what Mukadder did to Hançer. Hançer questioned Mukadder’s behavior and letting her know it was Cihan who brought her back home 👏🏼. Hançer might not like the house she’s in now because of the nightmare she had but it’s a good thing she doesn’t have to be under the same roof with Beyza and Mukadder ❤🎉. The end scene when both took a spoonful of their soup at the same time followed by a split screen was a cool moment. I think Cihan will be eating his dinner 🍽️ more and more at the old house ❤.

Sinem, seems to be threatened on a daily basis, don't know why she stays there, mother-in-law continually putting her down and her daughter as well, horrid woman.

@@zmac8689 Sinem stays because I think Mukadder threatened to take her daughter. I don’t remember which episode Sinem wanted to visit her family with the daughter and Mukadder put an end to it. She feels powerless against Mukadder.

Finally Cihan said Engin not to leave him BUT , he not say sorry to .after he accused him with HANCER😮😢 CIHAN realized that Hancer not taking money. He accused her as a theif 😮😢. Thanks writer making Cihan come to his scene 😊Sinem is such a sweet heart😊 care for Hancer and protect Hancer. Cihan should gives her bonus 😂😅😊❤.

I saw it coming and am glad that the lawyer kept his promise to not tell about her brother. He and his sister truely care for her. Thank god someone can always protect her and care for her. Her brother could but is so naive and the rest are all greedy and cruel. Thank god for the maid who gave him the money otherwise the ex wife would keep it to pay her blackmailer. I just hope the husband continues to be more loving and caring and gives up thinking of taking her baby and giving it to the ex wife to raise as her own. Still a lot of progress is needed but the husband needs to change a lot so he can care and protect his wife. Looks like this series has a spiritual advisor too and he went to him so that is always good in my book. I like that this spiritual advisor is a book store owner. Celadon (sp?) open your heart so you can be a worthy father and father.

Этот сериал я смотрю из Италии,мне он очень нравится ,все артисты играют хорошо ,к сожалению слишком затягивается действияиногда начинает раздражать и взгляд Ханжер на Жихана часто бывает слишком упорный,в ее возрасте,тем более в её положении неплохо было бы проеопустить глаза.И здесь я согласно чтоб сериал выходил почаще.

That Derya is not a nice person at all. All she cares about is wealth. Cemil is a nice fellow but sometimes his character drives me crazy. Emir and Mine are so adorable. However, I think the writers really,really need to put more focus on Cihan and Hancer. Please get rid of Beyza,she serves no purpose. I do think , we’ll see the show moving a bit faster with the storyline.

Hardly any scenes of cihan and hancer together and when they are its a couple of minutes . Sick of the sight of the ex and his mother any one would think its just about them two dragons and their nasty personality.

At this pace, we'll watch Hançer and Cihan having any sort of love interaction by New Year's Eve... I do like the premise of this series, but the excessive focus on the villains is very annoying.
