I am so thankful I found this video, definitely subscribed. I have been doing nails for close friends and myself for over 20 years now and I have let my nails rest for over a year now and it’s the same as when I was a teen they just won’t GROW ON THEIR OWN! So I’m back to learning new techniques!! I like this one the best. This young lady is very detailed and I can follow her without any problems. Her nails are beautiful. I know if she can keep her nails looking gorgeous and still wear GEL-X nails with her technique, it’s easy to do, but a very safe way to do nails! Thank you for sharing!!❤

Thank u for the video, now I have an understanding as to what gel nails are about. I was watching other videos that had thick colored gels underneath and I was getting confused as to where to buy those items and I kept seeing gel nail kits on Amazon so I was just not so sure what to buy. Great explanation. I prefer applying them two mm from the cuticle and then go around the nail tip there with an e-file, to flush the edge. This way they are easier to maintain when they grow out a bit.

This was one of the best tutorials I’ve watched!! Good job!! Just a quick question though, does putting an extend gel on the base of your nail before you put the gel-x tip on matter? I usually don’t put an extra layer of gel before I put the tip on.
