I actually thought his arms would move like the the big head skeleton but looking at his wiki it says he’s the one of the few animated Hip Swinging figures by Gemmy that does not move its arms up and down.

Ya, back then they did anything and everything lol, now its "nope to expensive to make, to hard to produce" "if we do remakes we have to cut down on animation and quality, and shit"

Why did I think they were rubber? When I was about 2 or so years old I was at this store and a lady hit a crocodile with her pocketbook and it started to sing this song but I recall that one being rubber
