Great Khutbah mashaAllah. I learned a lot from the manners of prophet Isa (Jesus) peace be upon him. May Allah gather us with all of His prophets in Jannah ameen!

Salam Alykum Yaqeen Institute fam. I was sick today. I got dressed up and ready but couldn't go for the Friday prayer. Jazakum Allahu khair Dr. Omar Sulaiman and Yaqeen Institute for this insightful khutbah. I ask Allah Azza-waJall to be Al Affuv, Al Ghafoor, and Ar Rahim to you on the day of judgment.

Very simply he says (pbuh) "live and let live" and love your neighbor and that no master is better than his servant .. this is Islam .. this is why he is called the Lamb of God .. is Lamb .. Islam the religion of peace .. this is the way the truth and the life .. the shariah the old ways as in the old days when 'Isa (pbuh) walked the sands of Ah Sham .. but as he also says "no prophet welcome in his own home and town and those whom he loves" .. Pray for Palestine Pray for Pakistan Pray for India Pray for Afghanistan Pray for Iraq Pray for Syria Pray for Iran (and his Emmenese) Pray for America Pray for Israel Pray for all peoples Pray for all peoples Pray for all peoples .. 'Isa says (pbuh) "if you have the faith the size of a grain of mustard seed you can order that mountain removed and it will be removed" .. love the Lord more than life itself and everything shall be given you says "isa .. peace be upon him forevermore

I believe that the answer to your question in regards to the miracles of Jesus and his manners that one can benefit from can be found in truly examining who Jesus is prior to and beyond his birth and the miracles that Jesus performed. Jesus is mentioned throughout scripture, in the old testament, by the old testament prophets to include the prophet Isaiah. IN THE BOOK OF GENESIS IT READS:: Genesis 22: 1-4 And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am. And he ( God ) said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of. And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place of which God had told him. Then on the third day Abraham lifted up his eyes, and saw the place afar off. Genesis 22: 5-8 And Abraham said unto his young men, Abide ye here with the ass; and I AND THE LAD will go yonder and worship, and COME AGAIN to you. And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and laid it upon Isaac his son; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together. So the other disciples told him, We have seen the Lord! John 20:24-29 THE BOOK OF REVELATIONS ( PROPHETIC EVENTS TO COME ) I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. Revelation 1: 8 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the LAMB ( Jesus ) that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. Revelation 5: 11-12 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the LAMB, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the LAMB . . . And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the LAMB . . . For the LAMB which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes." Revelation 7: 9-10,13-14, 17 And they overcame him by the blood of the LAMB ( Jesus) , and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Revelation 12: 11 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the LAMB, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints. Revelation 15: 3 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the LAMB is come, and his wife hath made herself ready . . . And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the LAMB. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God. Revelation 19: 7, 9 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son ( Jesus ), that whosoever believeth in him ( Jesus ) should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3: 16 And God said, Let us make man in OUR image, after OUR likeness. Genesis 1: 26 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
