Actually, long thin quartz crystals will sometimes "chime" like that and, when they do, they are referred to as "Singing Quartz Crystals". I have a few of them, and they sound beautiful!

God I'm so glad I've found a channel that talks about crystals without all the spiritual stuff. I respect people that believe in it but it's hard to find a good channel that shows off minerals without talking about that stuff.

Crystals are very powerful with all sorts of amazing healing properties..moldavite isn't something to just play with..I was not a believer in this stuff till I actually started messing with them..I have that rieki healing power and since I have hit all my Chakras points them..i felt this super intense energy just radiating from me..we all believe what we want to believe which is fine I absolutely respect that and would never say your wrong but just from my own experience and miracles I have been able to do with them changed the way I look at life for ever..the only thing I would like to say is always keep a open mind about everything..you'll be surprised what you find out and much different life truly is from what we were taught..I was a Christian till I passed away and remembered my experience..I moved to being more spiritual life style cause of I was told and have truly found out to be true..life is way different then what we all know it to be..we live a diluted fabricated version of the truth..I hope you all have very blessed and wonderful life

@@cherylsmith4102 yeah cause isn't real moldavite not so clear looking right? More solid and kinda looks like a avocado? Not in shape but in color and look of texture? I know I said avocado lol bad choice but I don't really know..I want real moldavite and sure I could handle it just fine..I crystals I after I charge in the sun and in moon light when I pick them up and hold them I can feel them surging with our energy its quite amazing

I have experienced the spiritual stuff, but when it comes to things like moldavite, tell me about the real history! Tell me about the bubbles! Tell me about the mining and the supply and the fakes, etc. etc. etc.
@madmonkee6757

@@Rain-df7rb real moldavite can be quite clear (I have several cut pieces) but under magnification, you can see the little bubbles which look like footballs or teardrops. As far as color, it tends to be a dark green (think of how garnet is a dark red) but remember that a very thin piece (like some that they show) will appear very light.

Old disabled house bound dusty rusty rockhound here: Isn't it funny how we are drawn to certain stones...for me it's rhodochrocite...from watermelon color crystals like from the Sweet Home mine in Colorado...to peachy pink bacon slabs...to any kind of cab or bead of it from any place it forms from around the world. Rhodochrocite drives me wild! I'm also crazy about crystalline quartz...good old Arkansas quartz...I teethed on that stuff as a baby. It will always hold a special place in my heart.

I carved it somewhat....guided by its basic form.....but it has the amazing quality of literally "jumping" out of people's hands. Its done it 3 times already and chipped some of its mass off each time. A gorgeous deep dark green too! D
