Most feel the 'Gold Standard' for this song was recorded by Nina Simone. That said, Angelina, here at 10, arranging the performance with the orchestra' personally, deliver's what I feel is 'The Platinum Standard ' for the song. Have never heard anyone sing this song better.

Yes, in each passing year her 'style' was being developed more and more. This, or course, can only be described as 'spectacular'! The poise and confidence she has is on full display in this video. Btw, she grew to 6' tall ! Her first USA Concert is coming up very, very soon (Sep 22, this coming Fri !) in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, just a bit north of Boston. Should be an exciting moment. Most of us will be seeing her for the first time, live. Some people in my row are from Hawaii and France. This is truly the beginning of a new chapter in her career and we all know within a year or two EVERYONE in the world will know who Angelina Jordan is.

Angelina Jordan has set a new standard for what is possible by a child vocalist and arranger. Her ability to sing in so many genres is what truly sets her apart along with her vocal technique.

This was an event in support of "Plan International", a humanitarian and development organization with the goal of advancing children's rights and equality for girls around the world. "Foster Parents" sponsor needy children around the world with monetary pledges that go directly to helping the specific children whom they sponsored and are able to communicate with them via Plan International. The event was held on December 30, 2016 at Chateau Neuf Center in Oslo and broadcasted on TV2. Angelina was one of several performers and delivered a stunning performance. Most of Angelina's performances after winning Norway Got Talent at age 8 were for children charitable organizations. This Amazing young lady with the big voice and bigger heart is 17 years old now and still performs barefoot to remember the shoeless girl that she met when she was 6 years old and to remind us all of the many needy children around the world.

I always want to watch people's reaction to this the first time. They either go bat-crap crazy or they do what you just did, that somehow your brains are normalizing what she can do. The 10-12 time period I'm calling the First Golden Age of Angelina Jordan. The second Golden Age started recently at 16 and it just might stretch to the end of her career. These both started when I feel she owned her voice.
