Hi, so i am abit confused! what order are the wires meant to go, as mine is red, blue and yellow to.

@@nursesguide4416 are there markings on the Bltouch itself of what each pin is? If there is, thats your guide. Just plug in the little JST connector and see what wires are plugged into each pin. Then just make sure those same colors run to the corresponding pins on the board. Black is always Ground, White is Data/Z Min. Green is usually Ground, Red/Orange is usually Voltage, and Yellow is usually Data/Signal. So since you dont have a green wire I suspect Blue is the other Ground wire(since black is the other ground), Yellow is your Signal/Data/"IN", and Red is your Voltage "V" wire. so your wires should be plugged into the 4.2.2. board as follows: Blue (G), Red (V) , Yellow (IN) , Black (G), White (Z)/(Zmin)/(OUT).

take it off the smaller circuit board and put it on the main board is what your saying?

@@kharysmilton383 you may have already solved your problem by now, but I'm not sure what you mean. On a 4.2.2 board follow the directions for the power and ground switch in the video but instead of putting the other connector in the place where the z-stop switch goes you MUST put it beside the power connector on the pins labeled BL_T.

www.creality.com/download Download the firmware and there will be just 1 .bin file to be copied over to a fresh SD card to get it flashed.

There are 2 connectors at the end. They are just stuck together. To separate them just pull them apart. The same goes for the wires just pull them into two groups

Maybe try to reflash the firmware and check the wirings.

Double check on the firmware flashing. And disconnect the original Z Axis Switch

Integer value means a whole number.. did the value you enter have a decimal? Numbers with decimals are called Floating Point values. So you may need to use a value that doesnt have a decimal. Bit odd yours wont allow decimal point values.

@@bendlomand no... The best option in my case was changing for 4.2.7 board.

A little late on this for you but I was able to find it and get it functional. It took a good while and I almost upgraded as you did and I still might later on to save from future issues. It definitely was not easy to get setup. If anyone else is reading this I can help you on where to go and get you some links to make it easier. I may do a video on this since it was difficult to get it all where it needed to be. Correctly flashing it was a pain to get working as well.

He's not selling it.. Factories in China are selling the touch sensors. He's basically saying to level the bed first then use the sensor because a sensor will NEVER be as perfect as an actual level bed. So leveling the bed is a great way to start off using a Bed Leveling sensor. Over time the bed will get out of level from being used.. this is where the Bed leveling sensor comes into play. It saves us the aggravation of having to tweak our bed leveling knobs to get it perfect again before every print. So the sensor will notice the the slight variations of the bed going out of level and adjust accordingly. Theres videos of people showing how it works. Some bed leveling sensors are more precise than others too. They get the job done. Even still you may need to "tune" the "babysteps" for the Z offset when the print starts. Have to watch the print's first layer and determine if you need to tune it or not. So far my cheap 3D Touch clone has been holding its own. I rarely have to tune my bed with every print as I was doing before.

@@King_Carp no, that's a real question. This "auto leveling device" requires you to level and maintain level on your bed. Any deviation and the device will fail. This device is a total scam. I took the piece of shit off mine and tossed it
