Are you looking for a way to show pupils the impact science has had on the world? Or are you curious yourself about the scientists that have shaped our understanding of the world?
Welcome to my series '100 Scientists Who Influenced the World', where I've taken a diverse mix of people and broken them down into 10 different categories. There are famous scientists, as well as some lesser-known ones, but all of these people have had an influence on the world. In Episode 9, I take a look at some geologists who have studied the Earth to help us improve our understanding of the world around us, the impact we have on it and it has on us. So, who are some of these Genius Geologists?
