Today was a challenging yet fulfilling day at work. I successfully tackled a complex issue with a lumber truck that had its transmission stuck, refusing to shift gears. The forest setting added an extra layer of difficulty to the situation, making the repair job even more demanding. To keep up with the work progress before dark. My lunch was eaten quickly with instant noodles and eggs. With determination, I were able to diagnose the problem and meticulously fix the transmission, allowing the gears to shift smoothly once again.

Incredible! That transmission problem would cost thousands here in Australia. Fixing it in a remote place like that would probably cost double and would take longer. You made it look so easy, being a pretty lady at that, and with just your bare hands.

A veces, debido a que el salario es bajo, el trabajo es duro, el conductor no tiene dinero para reemplazar neumáticos nuevos, entonces a veces solo tomo un poco de mi salario. Sabes, mi país todavía es bastante pobre.

We need trades people like you here in Canada. Those angled gears that are almost straight look like Muncie M22 Rock Crusher gears. 😮 The input shaft needle bearings were shot. Since she doesn’t have a gasket kit for this tranny, she uses grease. Just your basic wash and clean the parts. Some parts will be worn but I dought they have local parts. So it’s hope for the best with the same parts. Hope she has those new needle bearings for the input shaft or it will not turn without them. Should have used emery cloth to clean up the front bearing retainer where the throwout bearing slides on. Glad she brought new gear oil. Great camara work whomever is filming.

The input shaft bearings went bad most likely b/c the pilot bearing is broken, that should have been addressed

Surely you are a veteran worker so you can make such a professional comment. I used sandpaper for the job, but the filming device ran out of battery and the memory card was faulty so I couldn't save this step. Thank you for leaving a comment, some gears were damaged, I sent them to the support unit for smoothing and polishing, so I didn't have time to return to this process, I will leave a subtitle and note in the following videos.

That fix won't last long. That bearing fell apart and, according to the damaged rollers, it had to wear out the bearing track on the shaft as well. It is a precisely ground surface. The bearing will be damaged again. She would have to replace the shaft with a new one to make it OK.

Начало шикарное кинула несколько рожковых кувалду хватит пароход разобрать, и в полет, жаль еще не белые штаны надела, ну и на розовых сойдет, дальше кино и немцы. Типа диагностика авто по фото, покачала крестовину, потом кардан диагноз ясен пиз...а коробке.
