For those who were wondering I use stop motion studio pro to animate and I film at 12fps.

Love the back-story :D I'm glad I grew up when Lego didn't have rules... no illegal techniques in the 70s/80s. Btw, if you bend the track-idea the other way round, you can get a nice tunnel roof (and it supports itself better). You can also place it on varying slopes and then add more flat pieces to create an interesting ground (or a swooping roof). Ok, I have not tried this (as I have not enough of these tiles). But you could probably add the 2 x 3 Pentagonal tile (e.g. from the roof of 21325), that would probably give a nice effect.

Lego design all parts to connect. It's a lot of calculation between diffrent materials. Thats why Lego is world leading in bulding bricks.
