These are all excellent exercises, thank you ❤ I think it is better not to put too many exercises in one video - like in this one, it makes it harder to remember them, it's just overloaded. Also, I like that you show the same exercise several times in different videos - it helps to remember and learn them. Thank you for all your work 🙏💖

Taichi Zidong Master makes the exercises look super easy and effortless and after one set you end up exhausted! And I thought I was in decent physical condition! It's the first time I've tried to make a series and it's very good. Even though several of the exercises were difficult for me to do! I think I will improve with time! It feels so great! It's really remarkable and I deeply appreciate that it indicates which area or organ it favors when done correctly! My respect and appreciation for your valuable contribution!
