Thanks for practicing with me! Remember anytime you’re going for a pose that stretches, I only want you to go for about 75% of your maximum stretch. I NEVER want you to go as hard or as deep as you can go as that leads to spasm and injury plus it will not make you more flexible faster...muscles just don’t roll that way! So practice safe!
