Maria is dead ass a pioneer in asmr. She been doing this before it was making money. She was advocating, going on tv (if I remember correctly) to explain asmr. And to this day produces A1 asmr. She don’t miss 😴

I think Maria was the very first channel on KZfaq to feature ASMR, in recorded history. Of course, the term back then was an all new thing, but it was bound to become all the rage soon enough. ASMR is something that a huge percentage of people experience in their lives, and the popularity we see nowadays amongst the ASMR channels is a proof of that. Maria was the pionneer of that new trend and paved the way for its development.

I have an anxiety disorder called Trichotillomania; this basically means I have a irresistible urge to pull out my own hair. I believe it is in the family of OCD. I do have a mild version but it still effects my everyday life no matter how hard I try to stop it (I have been trying to stop it since I was a preteen). Mental disorders am I right? I have noticed that ASMR videos help me tremendously with managing it. So thankful for this community and you Maria! 💕

Having literally the hardest time of my life this past year and a half, maybe longer. I get nauseous and sometimes even throw up because of anxiety , as well as get heart palpitations and every inch of my skin twitching until it hurts- and before watching this, I was on the edge of that. it's a special type of trigger. I think it's called like third person trigger. you like when other people are talking but not to you. Some channels have some videos where ie you are the patient and two doctors talk about your case but not to you, you could try those out! Asmr atmosphere also does this type of conversation asmr

Do you take requests? Have you ever gotten tingles from picking up medicine through a pharmacy drive thru? They talk to you on the phone/speaker and you can hear them typing or the bag crinkling though the speaker. It’s one of those hidden ASMR moments you don’t realize till you realize lol . I love your "radio" voice! There's something in the sound quality that is so tingly. Loving the white noise of the airplane too. I always wish more ASMRtists would incorporate white noise or soft ambient sounds in the background of their videos.

I've had gut issues for a month and a half. It's messed up my electrolytes and my energy, mood, etc. I've been having panic attacks and depressed feelings. I missed appointments because it's so bad. This week I went to get blood drawn and was so freaked out. I played this video on my phone with headphones and was able to get through it. It's also helping me sleep. Thank you!

Does anyone else just marvel at Maria’s “scripts”? I think her writing is one of the main things that sets her apart in the world of ASMR. The bit about New York was so eloquently put, and sooo true. Crazy to think that English is not her first language. I wish I could understand Russian because I can only image what she’s able to express in her mother tongue. 💗

I just thought of a cool idea for an asmr video! It might be a lot of work but it would be so cool! So my idea is to do "going on vacation asmr" video where there will be a clip of you packing a suitcase, being in an Airplane and getting to the hotels reception and/or the hotels room! (I'm not sure if anyone's done this kind of asmr video before tho.)
