Cycle 5 TTC. I think a big part of not conceiving is my stress level. This really taught me how to breath properly and release any stress in my body. I got my fertility crystals, they are blessed and ready to go! Hubby and I have been doing all the things to have conceive quickly. We are eager to start our family! This helps so much ! Just wanted to let you know that I found this video after two early miscarriages. I followed along with this sequence for about a month before conceiving. Thought I'd add my heartfelt "thank you" for this video. After 5 failed IUIs, I moved on to IVF. At that time, I found and incorporated this video into my routine (along with acupuncture, hiking, meditation, and loads of prayer). Flash forward two years and my 16 month old is currently at daycare, and I am gearing up for another retrieval cycle to potentially give her a sibling. You know I'm back!! 🙂

I have pcos before and until now.. my husband and I tried to have a baby for almost 3 years and finally we had our miracle baby back in 2017 and now we're planning for baby no.2 after having a miscarriage last year.. Brett I love this beautiful short practice and the affirmations. However the title of this video is so difficulty for me to click on in this time of my life when I am choosing positive fertility language. I don't want to choose "yoga for infertility" I want to choose Yoga for Fertility! You feel me? We need positive wording and language to help manifest our miracle babies. Sending love to all you ladies. I've only got one child, she's 23 but I couldn't imagine what it's like to lose a baby at any stage. My god mother had a few miscarriages and she went on to have two boys. They would've loved a daughter and that's why my mum picked them to be my god parents. My heart truly goes out to you. I lost my dog, I'm not comparing but my dogs are my world now, and he was only 4 and our first boy. That was four years ago and there's still days when I break my heart and I've said to my husband many, many times if this is what it feels like to lose a dog at a young age, I can't imagine what losing a baby feels like at any stage. And I saw your birth video two weeks ago and It had me Totally Shiooked, int he positive way, with so much hope that births can be natural and easy and even FIRST births..., all thanks to yoga and knowledge of one's own body., etc. You had me tearing with joy. I optimized nutrition and used superfoods like ashwaganda, moringa, bee pollen and maca. I used abdominal castor oil packs, checked for nutritional deficiencies, did the workouts and yoga with Brett. I charted my fertility, lifted my hips in the air being with my husband and addressed stress. A game changer for me was when I decided to let it be on God's time and not mine.
