I just recently went throw a tragic truck crash. Losing one child good friend an nearly losing my own life also. From the seriousness of my head trauma an mental scarring I no longer sleep 7 days a week an find myself reaching for anything that will help with that. Happy 2023. To everyone out there ...the sound of rain hitting the leaves as it cascades is so rhythmic... Music of the skies...I almost do not want to fall asleep in case I miss the sound .... I`ve been using it so long, I even listen to it when its raining for real outside because I'm worried the rain outside will stop to soon. That's how ridiculous my anxiety is, I get anxiety about the things that ease my anxiety

I’ve tried audio recordings due to decades of anxiety & insomnia, this audio has been great - sometimes sole relief for at least the past 3-4 years. I start it on low vol atleast an hr or two before intended bed & it helps me fall asleep , stay asleep til my wake alarms go off. Thank you.

You turn to your side, a little afterwards you sit up, rubbing your eyes and stretching. You look outside tiredly, through the not so clear window you see the rain dripping down. You smile softly, you love the rain, you always have, it always made you happy. You look beside you and grab one of your hoodies, putting it on. Then grabbing a huge blanket, putting it over your shoulders as you get out of bed. You go to sit on your windowsill, breathing softly on the window, you make a heart shape out of the patch from your breath. You smile softly, the more you heard the rain the more you melted. It made you feel safe in a way, it made you feel like you were really protected from the harm of the world. You cuddle up next to the window with the blanket. Still smiling you put your head against the window, soon drifting off to sleep from the calming sound of the rain. *goodnight, sleep well. I hope after reading this you go to bed.*

This is so great! I always used to get anxiety in the dark. I've grown very sensitive to light because of my autism, so I couldn't sleep with any lights on either. These videos have really helped me relax in the dark. Now I hardly ever feel anxiety in the dark anymore. I actually feel peaceful. It means such a great deal to me :)

I want to share a hack with everyone. If u use this video to fall asleep to and u don’t want to leave your phone on all night, go to your clock and set a timer. When u go to change the alarm sound scroll down and click stop playing. It’ll turn your phone off when the timer is up and the rain noises will stop so your battery isn’t drained. Hope this helps someone!
