This artist is amazing with every single petal she pipes! I can watch Bloomingday's videos all day! I watch them for excitement but I also love to watch them for relaxing. They are mesmerizing and with very realistic results! She knows her flower anatomy just as much as any botanist. My heart is happy!

The flower is so beautiful and their petals are really delicate. So, lovely. I have some question, normally honey have light yellow color haven’t it? Why the one you use doesn’t have any color? What type of that honey, I wanna try.

I think you can -- here's what I would try :. With the Caribbean yellowish-white sweet potato : drop them in water+a bit of lemon juice as you cut them so they don't oxydize, then steam them, and continue as she's doing here. With the American orange sweet potato ; they might hold more of the steam as extra water, you might want to dry the paste by cooking it over medium heat, stirring constantly until you feel it's drier, then proceed with the recipe. Also, use corn syrup, this here is not honey.

In the philippines we actually hve a recipe for this one 😁. Can look for "ube halaya" or "ube cake" or "ube macapuno". Ube is the term we use for this purple yam.
