Wise beyond damn near anyone else. His comedy was just play, his words speak the truth (or at the minimum make you think). Just wish he were alive today to see what is happening. A lot of what he spoke then is truer today than it was when he said it. He spoke the truth but gave a funny spin to it to reach the masses (without the comedy no one would have listened to him but he speaks the truth).

Thing I recently came to realize about Carlin is just how much he actually influenced the way I've come to view society, politics, etc. I'm sure I was on that path already, like so many here, but he sure blasted fire down it & made my path easier for me to see & understand. I Love Ya, George & Always Will. P. S. The funniest shit is that the last joke, the way I see shit anyway, was on George. Can you imagine what his first words would be, waking up in an 'After Life'? Prolly be my first question now. 'Hey, what the hell did Carlin say when he popped up somewhere he wasn't supposed to be?' LMAO

@@user-xj2sm3xd5l True that. And I do believe he got a lot more angry and cynical at the world towards the end, but that's just a byproduct of getting old a lot of the time. I think a lot that problem goes away if the performer is balls to the wall from the get go. Take Eminem for example. The guy says so much shit that's completely socially unacceptable and it never really impacted his career to a substantial degree. Paula Deen dropped an N-bomb one time and they fucking cancelled her. They media can take a story a lot farther when a person says or does something that that's unexpected of them. It's all about how much the new controversy contrasts with their normal image imo.

I swear, good comedians are some of the realest people out there. You know why? Because they speak truth. Truth is funny because we can relate to it, and because it helps us to realize just how funny our existence can be. We're all alot more similar than we are different. There are so many more things that connect us than there are things which seperate us.

Absolutely LOVE your reactions!😂😂They are so genuine.🥀🥀😍One of the best reaction video person out there. AND there are sooo many. I'm glad you are the only one reacting. The others always have a "stick in the mud" personality that shouldn't even be on the panel. I dislike couples who are reactors because they are afraid to REALLY give an honest reaction in case their other half get upset.🍺🍺🍺🥀🥀🥀

george carlin only had an 8th grade education. he was someone who believed in educating ones self. a brilliant man, a missed man. i remember being at work, welding up a trailer frame. the announcement that Carlin had died, it got completely quiet in my department. nobody dared to yell at us. even the boss joined us. for the next almost 2 months we played his cd's on repeat, new each day. i still have a couple posters of him and every performance i can find. he spoke the truth, always

Shaq!!!! This, IMO, is the best bit Carlin EVER did. Come on y'all, I don't care how much your heart bleeds or how many trees a week you might hug, please help this get done. Regardless of your thoughts on the environment, I challenge anyone to debate any part of the bit that isn't Truth, or at least carry much Truth in it. Name the lines & parts you consider troublesome & I'm in.

George Carlin - Euphemisms is one of the realest things you'll ever hear. It talks about how politically correct our language has become over the years - and that routine is from 1990! This routine you just watched is from 1992. The guy was WAY before his own time, that's tough 😤

You know you really appreciate the person reacting to these comedy clips and songs, when you have to watch and listen twice-once to hear the song or the comedian, and again a second time, to appreciate the reaction of the channel owner. With Shaq, I'm lucky if I can get away with just 2 views. It's usually 3 or 4. And some channels are so lame, you can't even make it through, once, because they are basically lifeless. Shaq always keeps me on one reaction for about a half-hour, dammit✌🌟🤘
