This is COUNTRY! In my opinion Jones's music is the purest form of country music. He didn't need a fancy stage production or light show, he awed GENERATIONS of fans with his vocals alone. And he sure as HELL didn't need auto-tune, George Jones invented auto-tune with his voice! The man could hit 20 notes in one breath, all in perfect tune.

Yes I had a country band about 40, years ago. Let's Rember Roy Orbisin ? The only man till this day 2 have 3&a 1/2 Octives in his Coice. The 2 should share unique voice qualitatively?. love them both Ray Australian.

The one and ONLY ! I was fortunate enough to finally see George Jones "live" in Toronto back on April 8th 2008, a date that will forever be etched in my memory. He was 76 years of age and he put on an incredible show ! My favourite country singer of all time ! Oh, and it seemed like a "magic" evening.

Mike drop and walk away! What can you say that hasn’t been said about George! The best! I also like this edited version because it took the mike out of Porter Wagner’s hand! Other videos of this Porter tried to be a bigger part of the show than George!
