My favorite Seinfeld moment ever! Everything and every character set up to lead to that moment. That's what made it so amazing. Kramer forcing Jerry to buy the gum, Elaine sitting in first row yadda yadda yadda leading to Jerry wearing the glasses. I still remember almost dying laughing!

I think this actor, Peter Keleghan, had difficulty getting a work visa in time to reprise the role after this. He's Canadian, so he needed one in order to work on this at all. I enjoyed him when he was on a long running Canadian sitcom, "The Red Green Show". He played Ranger Gord, a forest ranger who is way too devoted to his job. Look it up if you've never seen the show yet.

An interesting fact is that an orthopedist would NEVER say something like that to a patient since a muscular nervous issue usually might come with a baggage of psychological background or trauma that might affect specific areas in the nervous system that might cause spasms but look totally fine in image exams, specially if we are dealing with miofascial spasms....But it's Seinfeld we are talking about
