I stumbled onto that show and could hardly believe the guest artists who kept coming onto the stage. I like George but was not expecting him to host a show with that kind of talent. It was killer good!

This came from MTVs Rock Influences, and was in 1984, not in the 70s. That's Karla DeVito, the hostess of the show. She was in Meatloaf's video "Heaven By the Dashboard Light"

I picked one of their albums from a library ,had no idea who or what they were, and I LOVED THEM . Their energy is so strong. Cant wait to listen to more of them .

I’ve been a monstrous George Thorogood fan since 1988, seeing him five times, including getting his autograph the last time, and for me, the most interesting part of this “interview” was him pointing out the signatures on his guitar...

George Thorogood sounds perfectly normal but when he’s singing Bad To The Bone, he makes his voice raspy and that is why I wanted to hear what his normal voice sounded like

I'd say this was done in 1986. Look at the way the girl is dressed..like a bad Madonna copy "like a virgin" and I recognise that snake skin jacket. he didn't start wearing that till the 80s around bad to the bone era. And he talks about already playing for 12 years. if this was mid 70s then that would be impossible.
