I believe the pastor because he goes there every Tuesday to feed the homeless so I hardly think he would fabricate this story knowing he'd be back the following week. These fast food restaurants are hard up for employees and hiring anybody. The employee needs to be fired and arrested because I'm sure there are witnesses. I feel he should have called the police and sue.

My Grandaughter and a friend of hers went to the McDonald’s drive through and encountered a angry manger. All started because she did not have a small bill he pulled out a gun at the drive through window and shot at her and hit her car. She called the police and made a report after that they went to his car that was out in the parking lot at McDonald’s and found the weapon. This happened in Indianapolis 2022

I bought a two piece from Churches about ten year's ago during my lunch break, i realized that i forgot to order a drink, so I went back and ordered..... The gum popping , cashier looked up from her cell phone, rolled her eyes at me and said.."Dang yo! You really piggin' out today huh?..." I simply gave her my meal and asked for my money back. No reason to argue, just put my money back in my pocket and didn't look back. I've never eaten there again, never will. One of the best decision i ever made. Never pay for disrespect when people are willing to give it to you for free.

I was at Popeyes and specifically asked for Blackened Ranch with my order at the speaker before pulling up to the window. After paying and receiving my food, I look in my bag (as we all should) to make sure my order is right in detail. Of course I noticed my sauce wasn’t there so I asked. The lady had the nerve to swing her neck and curse at me saying I’m doing too much and how much she was tired of people asking for too much. Sis, isn’t this your job? I just said nevermind because people have trigger fingers these days and it wasn’t that serious. Good customer service is no longer apart of orientation apparently. Check out the story of the son who got revenge over his mother’s cold fries I’ll add this: not only are we seeing an increase of these violent fast food workers, but increase of violent drivers/road rage. Only at a Georgia churches chicken. I want to tell you about an incident that happened to my aunt when she took her car to get washed. A white man pulled in after her and they served him before her. When she confronted and spoke with the manager he told her he was so sorry but he was scared to say anything to the employees because they just quit on site; and it's hard to find people to work She got a free car wash.

There was a time when jobs would train their employees on customer service. I used to train in customer service... It is a skill that is life changing. However, nowadays companies (across the board) are only doing orientations and overviews (as a training). As a result, employees are bringing in too much personality and there are no more standards for excellence. It's no wonder the machines are taking over. Sad

I'm with you Dawson I would've walked out as well. The back & forth only escalates the situation & it takes longer to resolve the problem or not at all. It seems like they would have a camera to capture what happened.

Damn! This is so ironic. I was at a Church's Chicken today. As I was pulling up in a parking space, a guy was getting out of his car walking into the restaurant watching me hard as I was parking and stood at the door as if he was waiting for me to come on in. I thought about it then, backed up and went through the drive thru. As I was pulling around to it the speaker, I looked in and saw all of them folks up in there waiting on that chicken.

I got cursed out at McDonalds drive-thru for honking my horn. I was waiting unfairly long bc the other lane was moving fine. The worker told me to suck his dee, called me a b’s and everything. I was floored. I went clean it, looking for the worker. Dumb decision, but thankfully it didn’t escalate. The manager handled it. This happened in 2020..😩😭🤦🏾‍♀️

To the poorly run church's chicken, the manager need be chicken worker needs to be charged. First of all the gun, displaying the gun, terroristic threatening, causing a public nusiance for cussing out the other employees. Endangerment of children, assault. This chicken worker will have to stand before GOD on his judgement day. If you are that happy being a chicken worker learn to do something else that is solitary, doesn't involve driving due to anger management issues don't procreate children, don't have girlfriend or get married. Get a pet fish and watch it swim around. The court should order anger management, a fine and order community service hours of feeding homeless at a shelter. The ragged Church's should reach out to the Pastor and news media. This raggedy, mismanaged joint needs to be boycotted.
