Was Tbilisi Georgia ever called Tiflis Siberia. if so why is it not mentioned? I only asked because my grandfather was born at the town of Tiflis, Siberia, in the empire of Russia August 25th 1904 and I'd just like to make sure the two places are the same.

Personally I have never felt myself a Caucasian or anything else. I always felt myself Georgian. I have nothing To do with way of living or traditions of our northern neighbors, with due respect to their culture. It's their culture. We are different, indeed. We do not hate anyone like our neighbors, southern or northern do. Hatred and envy ruins people and nations.

i was there and i hated it. outside capital toilets are awful, disgusting. hungry dogs everywhere begging for food, air is bad too, full of exhaust smog. every georgian is trying to trick more money out if your not careful. everyone is smoking there, like lung cancer paradise. not to mention bad hygiene and diarrhea every day until i left that place. more bad than good, dont go there.
