The tactic that allows you to insta drop turrets seems sooooo good if ya had to swap one of your tactics for it which would it be? Thanks for the video would love to see some new ones

I dont use that tatic for instant turret. I just use the recall skill. And the tacts here are all based on the 6 sec burst build.Turret is on manual also i use the turret skills on the rotation. Its important to maximize the burst on shortest time possible.

do i need a lot of weaponskill as engi?

After u get crit from gear and rr and turret tactic to 45 then max ballistic to 1000 or more. Then if u got more go weapon-skill. And weapon-skill only in snipers. Grenadiers tinkers dont need it. They are based on corporeal damage.
