Is there any way to get Nerfed Buttons to check and see if the target is within a certain range before it fires? The Engineer's "Friction Burn" will fire regardless of the range of the target (which is pretty weird, as other skills won't do that)...which means, if I add it to my Nerfed Buttons rotation, it fires / wastes AP unnecessarily.

u dont need 20 sec virtual cooldown on skill that has already 20 sec cooldown. u only do it for buffs that reduce your CDs and you don't want this certain ability to be reaplied faster than 20sec.
